Chamois
Machine cut whole car
Washed again to remove residue
Hand polished with autoglym and buffed
Waxed with turtle wax and buffed again.
Emptied crap from interior then ran out of light. So I went into the garage to sort out my toolbox/mountain of crap. Will continue tomorrow...

Picked up an Opel grille from @hazrd at the weekend, fitted it last night. Also replaced the L/H Track Rod End. Note - My SRi-T has a TRW steering rack - took hours to find a track rod end. Holden wanted $150 for one! Ended up getting a TRW track rod end from Repco for $45. Wheel Alignment and a cat-back exhaust getting done tomorrow.

Took the last bits I wanted out of the GSi. Pushed it from the yard into the driveway, awaiting for the transport guy to take it to its new home sometime tomorrow.
Next up, I'll be pulling the E30 out of the weeds into the carport, so I can get stuck into that at last. It's been put off for a long time, so I better get cracking on it. Mostly, it needs the hoses to be all connected, the wiring to be sorted, fluids put in and then I can kick it in the guts and see if it runs. If it does, it's gonna be loud as it still needs an exhaust, although in Davoren Park, it'll probably be considered normal, given the knobs around here in their fully sik Commodores.

Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
