Does any body know where to get an exhaust tip like this in black that would fit the VXR's awkward shaped exhaust?

Measure up how much space you have and jump on eBay, tbh a tip won't matter who makes it, if it rusts after a couple of years you just chop it off and replace it.

It won't matter how it is welded, either way works. Just if you have a stainless exhaust make sure they use stainless wire.
