God dammit.... AC clutch coil pack blown again. No AC last week on the hot day and finally got to check it out and same problem as last time (5yrs ago now that looked)... was fun yesterday when there was a torrential downpour and i got in the car soaked... couldn't see inside for fog or outside for rain! Really cbf this time around... last time was before kids when an afternoon under the car was fine because you had other free time!
That sucks mate. Wouldn't know what to do without aircon overhere, 34 atm

Oh i should add further to my post a while ago about the OPCOM that wouldn't connect, turned out to be a dodgy unit with a loose wire, got another one and it connected straight away and programmed new key in about 1min!
Gotta love it when a box full of porn turns up. Those Wossner pistons are almost too sexy to be hidden away inside an engine. Z20LET forged engine kit from Nevlock Performance. Now, the fun really begins.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! You coating the pistons at all before they go in? Ceramic coat the crowns and teflon coat the skirts would be nice while they're out.
No need to coat them. According to Wossner, the piston skirts have a special moly coating on them and the crowns are mirror polished to allow better heat spreading. Also, they're designed to specifically run a tighter piston to bore clearance in order to eliminate cold start piston slapping that apparently happens with some other forged pistons.
fap fap fap fap fapfapfap zlet still does it for me.
