It is important to remember that street racing is a serious offence, and extremely dangerous. Many of our youth have died from street racing. We have all seen images in the media of smashed cars resulting from street racing and hooning.

We should not validate speeding as legitimate. It isn't. It is simply illegal. Writing about this sort of activity in forums only encourages it. We should be discouraging speeding and hooning. Not for the face of our forum, but for our safety, and that of others.

Please take a moment to step back and consider the way you drive. Your desire to be faster than the car next to you maybe the last thing you do. Let the guy next to you tear off at the lights. That's their problem. Do not encourage it.
