pretty sure AutoVaux sells them (cooler ones 72 deg crack 82 deg full open) for 40 pound
Ended up just getting one from Sprint auto as I didn't want to wait for delivery, so was about $140 (about $110 on ebay). Yours would hopefully be cheaper, although I fear the whole having to buy the whole housing/sensors as part of the thermostat is an Opel thing in general as my n13 (Opel motor) had the same thing.

Funny thing is about these thermostats, is that the Holden Viva/Daewoo Lacetti 1.8 F18D3 engine is about 95% the same as a X18XE1 or Z18XE engine (down to the point even the belt and water pump share the same part numbers). The thermostat housing on the F18D3 is one of those things that slightly differ, as it features a replaceable thermostat. It would probably fit the Z18XE engine, but I'd imagine the sensors could be different.

You probably could swap the sensors too. I currently have both a Viva (mum's car) here as well as the SRi, but I couldn't be bothered checking them at the moment. I guess it'd be worth it if you just had one lying around and needed to swap in a new thermostat for just a few bucks, but no one really wants a Viva or would just have grass growing around one.
I also replaced the switches in the remotes for the SRi. @OzStick was kind enough to include the replacement switch kits that he had purchased before selling the SRi to me. They're a bit fiddly to fit, but they have plastic buttons instead of the rubber ones, so when you press on them, you get a "click" that makes it feel like you've actually pressed it.
