new seasonal is out.
gotta say i'm having a lot of fun doing it in a Lutecia Renault Sport v6 01. Such a fun car to drive, it feels more like a go kart than the go karts in the game do with all assists off and abs at 1.
new season tt is a tough one.

Think i may of gotten myself in trouble on the online room i've been playing in the last few weeks.
didn't realise I was always running way under powered cars in the gt500 races. tuned one to the same hp as everyone else and won by 20 seconds. They couldn't believe it so I changed to a car 200hp lower than theirs and still won by 1 second. Owner then closed the room.

nah the noobs always get left behind and leave the room after 1 race.
the guy that hosts the room has made up heaps of tracks for the game. a fair few of them are so much better than any of the main tracks in gt5.
most of the regulars in the room usually finish in the top 500 in the seasonal time trials which is pretty dam good.

I must say, I've been giving the old 360 a flogging of late and getting bored of FM4 and Horizon, so I thought I'd dust off the PS3, which has probably had the GT5 disc sitting in it for a ridiculous amount of time and fire it up. Log in, system update. Okay, not so bad, didn't take as long as they normally do. Restart, go into GT5. Update game to 2.10, okay. Starts off with 380mb update, takes forever, then starts some more updates, one of which almost weighs in at 1.2GB.
Well, F*** ME!!! All I wanted to do was just play the damn game, not update it for 6 hours on end and not be staring at an upgrade screen. Better be worth the wait...
