$250+ for 19" rubber? Are we talking around $400 per in some cases ?
What is Road Rating? And what different kind of tyres are there other then Wet/Dry/Composite?

LOAD rating
its the weight the tyre can handle per corner... have a look at your tyre placard.. it tells you what the minimum load rating is for your car, if its under, then its unroadworthy and can void insurance etc
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
Was going to say, where can you get 19" rubber for 250ea. ??? must have personal wheel contacts like me
More like 300 up and for anything decent, you'll need at least the better part of $400ea...ie. normal retail, top shelf tyres will be about $600ea for 19's...
At least the pricing has actually come down these days, 10 years ago a good set of 18's cost up to $700ea
Load rating is the load the tyre will safely handle, it's the last printed number after size/series and before the dia number...
AFAIK for a Vecce C it's 89 - check your current tyre wall or inside your door jam or fuel flap for the manufacturers specs as well...
