Ok since i semi spammed out the other thread i though i'd create a new one.

i found this site that shows the history of car logos,a nd there origins.
very interesting, well i think it is.

Original Opel logo
1937 to 1947. The familiar circle logo began in 1935 as the Nazi's came to power, with a stylised dirigible airship displayed inside the "O" representing the german engineering expertise.
