it would be nice to see a manufacturer that was AFFORDABLE (take note HSV, not many will buy a $50k Corsa D, regardless) in our market that had across the board perfomance based vehicles.
Like having Konigsegg for the masses.
Same, doesn't apply to me, and it'd definately be on my shopping list.
It'd be a great competitor to many cars. Polo GTi, Clio, and 206 GTi180.

Ah yes, and this would be the new Barina, which we don't get...so it would either:
a) be rebadged as a VXR 180 or some**** or
b) never get here
I go with b)

If it did make it's way out here as an HSV, surely it wouldn't be more expensive than the Astra VXR. But I don't think we'll have to worry about pricing of it as we'll probably never see it out here.Originally Posted by pred8r
i agree HSV would/should only carry their variation of a Holden one otherwise its not economic for the purchaserOriginally Posted by MatsHolden

With the forthcoming Corsa D not coming to Australia, that would make the Corsa VXR HIDEOUSLY expensive in australia, so no chance of it coming here.
Nuff said. what about the OPC Zafira then? or are they dropping it too for some other daewoo thingOriginally Posted by Black AH CDX
Even more OT: Blackie, What years did the burgundy and tan leather interiors come out in the WH/WHII Stato International? any idea of units produced for these colours?

Zafira is the the same boat as the Corsa D, as it is not coming out to Australia anymore, the OPC Zafira would be just as rediculously pricey as the VXR Corsa, therefore we won't see it out here.Originally Posted by pred8r
there is still no confirmation of the new Zafira, so it could still happen, it would be a shame not to see it here, since it is such an improvement on the old model
Yeh that's true.
