Regional Australia and Tasmania. My Aunty and Uncle are still on dial-up due to staggering prices for satellite internet and not being able to get wireless, adsl or cable (they live in Cygnet, Tasmania) i also have friend who lives in Sydney, mid 20's, and both she and her husband are "happy" with dial-up becuase they are hardly ever on the net... so yes, there are people out there who still use dial-up either becuase they dont care for internet or becuase just cant get fast internet...
speaking of the dial-up sound...does anyone know where i can download a very good quality MP3 of that sound?...i want it for my Win7 startup sound!
