again, emission control...its trying to stop a quick close of the throttle...
Hi all,
I own a Astra SRi 2.2. Do other 2.2 owners notice the engine revs continuing to rise on upshift, after release of the throttle?
It is a characteristic documented in car reviews and caused by the electronic throttle programming.
Just wondering if there were mods to overcome it, or do you all just adapt your driving style to achieve a smooth shift?

yeah, same here. makes it sound like you don't know how to race. but a swift backhand to the mate complaining in the passenger seat usually fixes the problem.
