A year has passed.

Believe it or not, a year has passed since I took over OpelAus.!!!

I just received the Forum licence renewal, and it has been taken care of, so OpelAus will run for another year. I just cannot believe it has gone so fast.

I wish to thank everyone who has helped keep this community online and running smoothly. And also, to all of you that have sponsored OpelAus. Thank you all, it has honestly been a pleasure to be part of the best Opel site in Australia.!!!

Wayne, congratulations on all the time and effort you've put into the site.
Its a site thats being recognised not only by Australians, but also the international Opel community.

I have been part of the Admin Team for about 2 1/2 years. Since we moved the forum off MSN to a standalone domain and server. The domain was given to me to look after just on a year ago.

OpelAus.com has been registered for over two years. Before that it was on an MSN forum. I remember when we first moved it over to the domain from MSN, we had less than 300 members.

There have been some interesting times along the way. For me the best part is the fact I can go anywhere in Oz and say hello to another Opel Owner. That's awesome.....!!!!
