saw one with vic euro plates in frenches forest couple of nights ago... i prefer them mechanically to the astra... 5 cylinder is more appealing to me, but i prefer the look of the astra... i suppose it would come down to the cost... if i had to get one of them...

(admittedly i havent really looked at either of them in too much depth, but i think both of them are good for the australian car market)

Well, um... We're probably not the right people to be asking...

    But seeing as you did.

Motor tested one and pulled a best time of 15.5 1/4 on the same day the XR6 T pulled a 14.4. So, I'd say they aren't that quick seeing as a stock SRi-T pulls anywhere from 14.6-14.9.

My opinion, its not really that quick...!!!

By the way, I moved your post cause it was in the wrong section. Cheers and Welcome.

at dutton rally at wsid a xr5 ran a best of 15.13 and avg of 15.2's.

i like the look of the XR5 better then the VXR but would most likely never own either(not new anyway).

i would like to drive them both though however.
