Hey! Just purchaced Astra sri turbo...

I just purchaced a 2003 Astra SRi turbo last week and have been trying to find web sites about the car...and so I stumbled into this one.

Very excited about finding you all and I look forward to my time spent here on the fourms.

I live in NSW...so I will keep my eye open for you all!

they are a great car, different 2, every man and his dog have a wrx but no to many astra turbs around. i have one also, in the arden blue

and I know what you mean about the wrx being everywhere!

I was thinking about importing from Jap...But it seems that every1 seems to be driving wrxs and skylines (don't get me wrong....the skyline is an awesome car, but they are everywhere).

I saw an article about 2 years ago in high performance mag. when the sri turbo just hit our shores, and fell in love. And now...I finally have my own!!!

One of the great things about the car is that unless you are familliar with it, you probably wouldn't look twice at it...but what a beautiful car!!!!

Sorry...as you can see, I'm still very excited about my new car (a week on!).
