Wow!
Maybe because of the success with the car in europe. The numbers for the vxr take up are high, or so astra-sri forums say.
According to goauto e-news, (I'd link it but i cant find a copy of the *.pdf online), the OPC Astra wil be on the HSV stand at the sydney motorshow in october.
I didnt believe it at first but its starting to sound like HSV is actually, seriously, considering importing the beast.

2007 HSV VXR Arden Blue
My Other toy is a 2013 Yamaha FX SHO Waverunner!
Im guess from most of the talk, the price will be $50-$55k, slotting neatly underneath the clubsport.
originally a holden spokesperson said they couldnt import the new OPC Astra because to be viable the price would have to be around $55k, so it kinda makes sense.
steep.....but god 176kw...*L*
ok this is the plan to get the car here, we all have to go to the motor shows around the country, and just swamp them with interest, tell them we all want to buy one, maybe if they get interest of a few hundred people we might be able to fool them into importing it..
