i agree dutchy.... Sure the Astra has it's qwerks (ECU mounted on the engine), but what other mass produced 15-20yro car with 200,000 km's doesn't have it's faults.
Timing Belt?????? Last i checked, don't most G's have a Timing Chain!
Any clutch is a pain-in-the-ass to change......
Is this guy even a mechanic? I'm guessing he's the receptionist who just books the cars in.
