front tyres rubbin out

My vxr has dap R springs and the front tyres keep rubbing out on the inside. iv done a bit of looking around and I'm getting a heap of mixed answers.
Any one on here had the same issue.
I'm assuming its the tracking.
Do I need to by new bolts or can the standard ones be adjusted?
