G'day,
I scored my 1996 SB Barina from a good friend for $1 about 2 years ago.
She's now done over 330,000km with the head replaced only once.
I have found the parts are ridiculously expensive so I bought a wrecked 2000 model and have been using parts from that as I need them saving lots of $$.
Having a keen interest in Hi-fi I have been experimenting with building an amazing sound system with a minimum impact on luggage capacity.
This is the latest addition giving fantastic bass response takes up less than ½ a milk crate of valuable space:
