Welcome to oa
Hi all. Just purchased a new? 2012 Astra 1.6 for my wife. replaces the trusty TS. Love the car other than issues with the auto trans lagging.
Hopefully we can get it sorted before my wife starts wishing for the old one back.
If anyone has had similar issues and found a fix, please let me know.
Regards
Dazndeb

Welcome to the forum.
The auto trans does adjust to your driving style but it takes a while up to 5k km.
Thanks for the welcome.
Good to hear the trans should adjust to my wife's driving style. I think it's called "The Lead Foot"
Thanks.
Car has only done a couple of hundred Ks so far.
Dealer is 75kms away & I didn't get the feeling they would be overly helpful.
Not sure I'm expecting much from my local Holden dealer either. Hopefully the prove me wrong.
Thanks.
Quiet old Adelaide.
Not usually dangerous but dodging the bus driver that wanted to merge into my motorcycle on his way to the Footy was enough for today.
He did have a very long beard & a funny looking hat so I shouldn't be surprised.
Welcome along mate, where about's in Adelaide are you? It gets pretty crazy in north Adelaide now that the footy Is there aye
Thanks, I live down south & yes the footy at Adelaide Oval sure has livened things up all around the city.
