I've swapped Cat5 between 1&2 and also swapped the adaptor between the hub and PC.
Yes I have hooked up the Cat5 cable to the hub/switch

That's strange as that screen shot says it's connected at 100Mbps
It has limited connectivity.

I would say it's a limitation of the router.
Are you using static IP's for all of the machines?
