new tt is tricky in the formula gt.

best time so far is a 1.15.772

aiming for a 1.14x time which should see me stay in the top 1000. currently ranked 206.

Got down to a 1.13.566 currently ranked 251.

could get it down a fair bit more if I tweaked the settings more but thats a pain in the butt. I'll just leave it at that.

just been doing some reading. turns out theres a fair bit of cheating still going on in the online comps. mainly down to using tyres that are not allowed.
I'm currently the 10th fastest australian though

Grrr why do people cheat online ? Its fun to do it sometimes against the computer so is gets a taste of its own medicine but gaining an unfair advantage online against other people sucks balls. Where's the integrity gone?

And Guy to be top 10 in Australia is bloody good mate!

The ones cheating are doing it to show how easy it is to cheat.
I could improve my time if I was in a team that works on finding fast tunes for the cars. I just make very very rough tunes which seem to get the job done okay. If i could spend more time on it I would.

Just figured out how to change brake bias and tc settings while driving.

This should come in handy for the time trials to improve my times.

I've got around to firing up the PS3 again. Only to login, try to download the DLC and get that bastard 80029519 error. Just created a new user profile and now I'm starting from scratch. Oh well, it'll be fun to do it all over again.

Well, there goes that. Got through a few races and now my PS3 is dying. I'm thinking the laser's had it, but not too bad considering the machine is an original NTSC-J machine I picked up in HK a week after launch, nearly 7 years ago. However, in comparison, I'm on my second Xbox 360 in that same time frame. Kinda wondering whether I should just replace the laser or get a new super slim console.
