I can see a whole heap of other racetracks getting logged for it. Some of our hills drives around here would be nice too.

That's gd
I don't think we'll see GT6 on PS4. The differences in hardware make it too costly to port and probably not worth the effort considering PD are already working on GT7, which will apparently land in a year or two.

Okay, so I bit the bullet and bought GT6. As I'm on a TPG Unlimited plan, I went and got it from the PSN Store (mistake no. 1, took ages to download 14.3GB). Then I went and tried to play it, well guess what? Yep, another flaming update at 1.2GB. After all that, I was able to get into it and I must say, I am surprised at how much better than GT5 it really is. Vehicle/gameplay dynamics are slightly better (even though I use a controller still), the sounds are starting to get more accurate and the menu layout craps all over GT5. So far I've just finished the novice races and I'm liking some of the new tracks like Brands Hatch and Willow Springs.
And I see they're sneaking in cars through random updates as well, with the new BMW M4 already being added.

Is it any cheaper by purchasing it from PSN? I think i saw it for around the $80 mark in the shops

Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
