Cheers guys. Yea she's really clean inside and out. I will admit I didn't even know these turbo astras existed before looking around for cars so I'm stoked that I came across them. I plan on keeping it pretty stock, except for the ecu for now. I do however want to chuck some projector headlights in with some xenon bulbs so I get a clean sharp cut of line. I guess you're talking about the hill up king edward park? Absolutely love it. They do a hill climb competition up there every year. Stupid question, but how do I know if my car has already been flashed? It does feel really fast and smoked this turbo 180sx several times on my way home from work tonight. I would hate to fork out for the flash then realise I already have it done lol

If its got a boost gauge you can check how much boost its running anything above 7 psi its more likely to be flashed.

Or you could check it on a dyno to be more accurate.

Welcome mate and nice car you've got there. Keep in mind thought that some cars require a new clutch after a remap but then again, some don't.

So I installed the boost gauge and it's reading max about 9-10 then drops back down to 7-8 so I have gone ahead and order the EDS IPF for about $650. Bring on the Boost!!
