Holden to sell an Opel again

Holden are importing and selling the new Opel Mokka, small city sized SUV and badging it as an opel. It's based off the current Barina (so daewoo) but design is Opel.

Makes me wonder why this gets the import instead of other models on offer and why when Opel is being opened up this year? My only guess is Opel won't bother with this model as its against their "premium" range offerings they might be looking at selling

Personally im not a fan of it. But i can see why it would attract the general public

I wonder how the 1.4Ti will go in it...
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

If given a choice, I'd prefer the new Ford Kuga over this. Chevrolet and Holden aren't gonna stop until the 1.4t is in every car they sell!

could be worse.. could be the new volt with its pointless electric engine with stupid price tag

The Volt is expected to cost around $60,000 and is fitted with an electric motor capable of travelling 60 to 80 kilometres

i think the new facelifted barina is probably the best looking one they've made so far (not including the corsa, of course)
