Unfortunate 2002 TS

G'day all, Sadly my mate decided to rear end a Tojo in her 2002 auto TS Astra, in the process destroying the grill, radiator, front spoiler and some bonnet damage. Headlights, front quarter panels survived (tow ball incident). As it has 210000kms on the clock (90000kms on a recond) and she was quoted $3.5 to fix it, she is selling it as a wreck. The rest of the car is in good 2002 condition. Any ball parks for an asking price? The low life tow driver offered her $500, but seeing a just paid $120 for a flasher unit and $300 for one tail light for mine, i though it a tad light on. Any for the thoughts guys and gals!

The issue with wrecks are, it may be worth a lot more as parts IF you can find someone who wants them. You could be waiting a long time should you wish to part it out slowly.

Prob best to call some wreckers who stock Opel parts and see what it's worth.

All cars, even good ones, are worth bugger all secondhand- even without a scratch on them.

It's just a shame, this happens after a reco engine has been installed.\
