    Which camera?

    Hey guys,

    cheers,

    Aaron

I'm also looking at getting another camera since mine got stolen. A guy at work is selling a dslr with a couple of lenses. Memory card. Bag and all the manuals and shit. He paid $1200 18 months ago and he wants $625 for the lot. Is it worth it?

    Sorry for hijacking aaron.

that budget will get you into an slr, but only entry level unless you buy second hand.

IMO get a high end lumix for that price range.

Dont bother with slr til youre ready to spend 1k.

im finding limitations in my first dslr and cost around 1400 with one lens

Ok so the one I was looking at from my mate at work is a Sony a200 dslr with 2 memory cards, a standard lens and a 300mm telephoto lens, bag, instruction manuals and all cables etc. He said I could have it for $400. I paid $350 for my coolpix l120 and bag without memory cards or anything. So is the dslr worth it?
