It appears I'm not the only one having issues based on the comments online.

I had to uninstall the Nexus 5 in device manager, and then install the LG Driver before the PC can recognise the N5.

What happened to your phone Peter?

Nexus 5 is $469 once you factor in shipping.

I'm not sure about your S5, but battery life on the N5 is terrible.
I find the biggest battery killer is location services. Leaving GPS on and turning off network provided location seems to work wonders for my battery. Screen brightness is another one (obviously)

I have everything switched on on my phone and at the end of the day I've still got about 50% battery left. Love it!

dieselhead- I think our definition of 'pretty good' vastly differ! lol

I'm just going to carry a motorcycle battery around with me everywhere I go.

I have the Note 2. The battery is huge, so that would help! Click here to enlarge

Fuking Gmail on the nexus 5.

Happened twice now, hit the back/delete button and it has wiped the whole message

On a positive it seems battery has improved somewhat to reasonable after a week for some reason

Keep an eye for battery munchers. I found that HD widgets was using about 30% for some reason. Promptly deleted it and battery life is better.

Are you sure it hasn't just archived it? Hitting the back button doesn't delete mail.

Yeah I'm sure. It's still in compose mode, just whatever I've typed is gone.

It is as if I've highlighted all and deleted the text. Very odd, it must be a glitch
