today im at 2hr 21m and battery is still 100%

You should now have an extra option in settings.

system -> performance.

then you can change min and max speeds. i ahve mine set at 200mhz - 1000mhz

Extweaks app is for siyah kernel. Lots of options.

Paranoid Android combined with Siyah has the options in the settings, so no need for another app.

For the average person though it's fine to adjust the clock speeds.

You need another back for it. About 3mm i think.
