anyone got a htc one X ? im also interested in that phone as im really umming and arring about the SIII HTC have improved alot recently and this phone is meant to show that. specs are pretty much identical, they just look different and if anything the htc has better specs apart from the battery which is probably my main concern. 1800 mah as opposed to 2100mah on the SIII. any feedback of someone who has used one would be great. Also camera quality would also play a factor as I use mine now quite a bit.
I am also in the same boat as you ice. Im leaning towards the HTC, battery doesn't bother me as i can just charge it every night. My friend has the HTC one X and loves it the camera is excellent great in low light. The SG3 just seems alittle boring compared to the HTC the SG3 is very similar to my SG1 and id like something alittle different.
Dont get me wrong, I love my SGS2. But if I were to do it again, I would probably go the HTC only because I had a Desire HD before the SGS2 and after having a play with my mates HTC Velocity, It makes me more inclined to look closer at the HTC market when I am ready to upgrade

Yep ok Well its not just me then Chris, haha. I mean I'm not a heavy user anyway and that's my only real concern.....that and camera quality and each review I read is different, like with your buddy, ide rather hear it from them. There is just something about the S3 turning me off and I can't work out what...perhaps the shape or the colours or the fact that everybody has one.
The HTC also has the tegra 3 chip with the extra 5th core aswell which assists in low level apps and standby times.
Can you also ask him about screen responsiveness ?

ordered my Galaxy SIII today. Desperatley tried to find something better but look there simply isnt anything as good. Even the latest LG doesnt compare in benchmarking (although minimal) and in the camera and battery life department the Samsung is just leader of the pack !

I can now get very close to that out of a battery with stock rom and telstra bloatware. The key is to keep your data network mode deactivated until you actually need to use it.
