You on gingerbread or honeycomb?
Is your Android version a 2.?? or a 3.??
If your still on GB could explain why your having issues with apps being slow

I thought Honeycomb was only for tablets....
Only app that is slow is Facebook - everything else works fine.

The custom roms are always available before the official ones for some reason.
