everything of which (apart from the find my iPhone) is offered by Google and MS for free. Yes, theres a couple of things you would need to do manually (eg contacts management) but still doable on the cheap.

I have an S, with the upgrades, and I love it...Android allows you to get a bunch of apps that apple won't...it looks good, is lightweight, and the best part is that when the iPhone 4 f*cked up when it was first distributed, over in Europe they were replacing them with the S...and didn't get any complaints!!!
