when volkswagen announced the potential australian release of the Polo .:R i was sure it wouldnt end up coming here because there was no direct competitor for it thus not having a market for one.... now im sure it will come to AU because it will rival directly with the Corsa VXR
although... the amount of crap thats gone around the web in the last couple of years still leaves me to beleive they will be here, until i see the first Opel franchise open up here, because even though its confirmed, thats doesnt mean they cant pull the pin

Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
