Computer case fan noise what is the quietest ?

My case is full of these - But I also have a fan controller that lets me step them down to completely silent.

Its a trade off , Silent fans move less air than a noisy one.


You system - Is it overclocked? - Are there multiple high end gfx cards in there?

Standard cooling on the cpu?

I have been running a 120mm Nexus Real Silent case fan at 600RPM for 4 years, $10 at quitepc.com, i can't tell a difference in noise if i stop the fan. It's the only have in my case (excep the PSU). CPU is 40-65 degrees, GPU is 35-65 degrees.
