    Air con and radiator fan

    Hi new to this site.....i have a holden vectra 1998 model witha c22sel motor that was cooked, i bought this car and have rebuilt the motor for my young bloke trouble is i can not get the fan to work and they are both in working order just wont cut in have run the car to 100 degrees and nothing turn the air con on and nothing, can anyone shed any light on this for me thanks.

    Air con and radiator fan

    Have you tried unplugging the temp sensors on the radiator and shorting the plug? If the fan comes on (doesnt need to hot for this to work, you are bypassing the sensor) you need new temp sensors, if not, maybe fuse, fan or wiring issue. There is also probably a relay in the engine fuse box, not sure which on the vectra however.
