If you wer to do both rear quarter windows would you need to het one of the flipped so they are both on the same way??

if they're 110mm wide, the vinyl cutters going to have great difficulty with the tiny opelaus text.

Even the large roland we have in the art dept won't cut anything smaller than 6mm high reliably.
