ok first of all I installed an app of cydia called "Lock Info"
Basically just allows you to add more information to your locked screen. Can add things like weather, an rss feed, twitter etc...
I'v had this nifty feature for quite a while and i must say completely changes the Iphone. I am able to call or txt anybody I want while my iphone is locked or is currently in an app. "iquickreply" can be activated by multiple commands (like press lock button twice, volume up etc..). I have it so i press the volume up key and tap the screen and the msg/call feature will pop up. You are also able to reply to a txt without exiting the app you are currently in.
you can also see i have a black background behind my keyboard.
On some of my icons you'll notice a little loading symbol in the bottom left corner. This app is called "backgrounder", also of cydia. It allows you to run any app in the background by simply holding the home button down. Extremely handy for apps that take a while to open (like cydia and installous) since it simply just minimizes the app while continuing to operate in the background like it were in the foreground.
last but not least which most of you will have is SBsettings. Useful,handy, quick and reliable
Things an iPhone shouldnt be without.
