How do I replace the roofrack covers in an AH?

After a hailstorm a while back in Norwest / Bella Vista, it smashed and broke 2 of the clip/sliding plastic bits that cover the roof rack holes up.

Anyway I purchased the part from Holden (at $75 for one mind you), and can't figure out how I can replace it.

Do you need to remove the entire moulding along the roof area? If so, how in the hell does one reattach it as it seems to be glued very hard in to place!

I'm worried about breaking the moulding along the roof if that has to come off, and if I do it's another $200-300 to replace that :\.

    Help!

    Thanks in advance..

    Mitch

Might be clipped but they are different to the TS ones.

Some how one of mine went missing and I was told I would need to replace the whole strip, not just the small cover

Mitch, how did you go with this?
It hailed in Melbourne today, and unfortunately, our AH was one of the "smashed roof rack" victims... front right one and the rear left one Click here to enlarge

I Might try autovaux or someone else over in the UK though for the parts, I cant justify spending $150 for two plastic clips !!!!!

To be honest, I'm yet to do it.

The dealer said the cover can be gently unclipped with a screwdriver, but to exercise caution as they are easy to break and expensive to replace ($300ish).
