For those of you who have a jailbroken iPhone, here is how you can change the root password to prevent being 'Rick Rolled'
1. Installed openSSH and MobileTerminal from cydia
2. open Terminal on iphone and type 'su root' and press return
3. enter password 'alpine' and press return
3. type 'passwd' and press return
4. type in new password and press return
5. type in new password again and press return
6. Use WinSCP to connect to iPhone with new password (instructions for using WinSCP can be found in other threads/by a google search)

IIRC jailbreaking is just like "debranding" a phone.
its not illegal because u pay for a phone that you want to use your way, not somebody elses. the only thing that the selling company can do is void your warranty
Jen's brother got rickrolled when i was in sydney
we were talking about it the night before, then he came downstairs the next morning and said guess what *shows rickrolled iphone*

strange thing is he said that his SSH was disabled... looks like it can do it regardless...
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
