    Error Code P0170

Did a memory reader on the astra today as a emmision light turned on and came up with the following

P0170- Fuel Trim First Bank Manufacturer

After googeling these results they came up with the following.

" inlet manifold leaking - fuel pump not pumping right - fuel pressure (pressure sensor)-injectors -or the evap canister - i would replace the fuel filter as a start and go from there- also checking the fuel breather and return lines"

If so, where is the fuel filter located in the Astra ts 2002.

should be in front of the rear drivers wheel.

Look at the vacuum lines in the engine bay, 1 might of come off or is crushed and that will cause that code as well. Click here to enlarge

Could be a number of things. What mods does your car have?

    What engine do you have?
    When was your last service?
Doubt it would be intake manifold leaking, more than likely it would be a vacuum leak, front lambda sensor or AFM.

Start from the cheapest and work your way up...
