Personally, I am extremely keen on the new Golf GTI (or R32). Or maybe a Beama 1 Series.
I think it may happen in 2010 as I've made the conscious choice to cease all spendings on my SRi.
Not that I've had any problems with the Astra, but I wouldn't upgrade to the new model (if it came out here) or consider the VXR. It's time to move on

Atm im thinking either a MY09 WRX or an FG XR6turbo falcon. Still a good six months to a year away tho, so things could change.
