I believe it looks like a 'downloadable upgrade' but when u sign up and get to check out, it adds another $14 for a "Disk Kit". Would this be the full version or just the upgrade? Im running xp 32bit at the moment

you have to do a clean install

fair enough but is there any change to the core and memory clocks? if not, then there will hardly be any performance increase worth noting.its not a run of teh mill GTX260
it was built by nvidia for HP
has 1.8gb dedcated ram, like i said not the avarage run of teh mill video card
