So my modem shit itself last night for no apparent reason. Anyway, I bought a new Linksys AM300 today for $77 (not bad), hooked it back up to my wireless router (Linksys WRT110) and nada, no relationship between the two. No internet once the router is in the equation.
Anything I forgot to do?

some routers / modems have different IP configs
before i got my all in one... i was running a DLINK modem on a Netgear router... one had a standard ip of 192.168.0.1, and the others default ip was 192.168.1.1
check the standard ip config of both of them and see how u go
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
is it set to half bridge mode?

OK, it's all sorted now. I just re-ran the setup app with the router and it fixed everything.
