Yes another Guitar Hero game is gracing our presence this year. This would bring the grand total of Guitar Hero games available to 9! Not including the spin offs such as Rocks the 80’s, Aerosmith, Metallica and the Greatest Hits, technically this is number 5. Neversoft have spent a bit of time on this title and added in some pretty neat little tricks.

Guitar Hero 5 has one of the best track lists to date (see bottom of email) and will finally allow you to play all your DLC from World Tour and play on GH5. As with Metallica and Greatest Hits, if you have the Lips wireless mics on 360 you will be able to use them rather than the wired mic that comes in the Super pack box. These mics will be available for purchase separately next month.

They have made the return of the special guest stars including; Shirley Manson (Garbage), Carlos Santana and Johnny Cash. As a first for the series they have now added the feature to allow you to play in any configuration you wish; 4x drummers, 4x guitarists, 2x singer’s 2x drummers, any way you want to play! So never fear if you have 4 mates and all of you are bad at drums you can all play on guitar.
