True. SA is not too good on organising cruises... That's why I roll with the guys from Euro Car Club. Lots of BMW, VW and there was even a Mini Cooper S at the last one.
I wouldn't suggest for a moment that the CDTI is a 6 seconds car, but I will say is bloody quick at in gear acceleration and it will surprise a lot of people. Omegaman, just put it in in fourth when going uphill at say 80 km/h and floor it, see what happens
