Long lasting and ok grip but nothing compared to a good brand of tyre!!

But i paid $100 a tyre for my 17's and they lasted 10,000kms with me purposely trying to fry them, even 12 burnouts later at the off street drags, they were fine.

They only wore out due to the IRS camber on the Commodore, mate still has his Zeetexs on his R32 which he's had for 3 years and around 60,000kms!!

cheers guys. i got quoted 200 a corner today??..may have to pass on these. Was looking at Toyo proxes T1R 225/35/18 and 87 loading which is right on for the astra TS. I do believe these are a better tyre. What do you guys reckon?

Pretty expensive for the Zeetexs at 200 a corner, the Toyo Proxes will definetely be a better tyre than the Zeetex's though!!

They look good but the rating is too low for me. In the 225/35/18 the rating is 83. I need 87 up..thanks for the suggestion.Click here to enlarge

i have them on my car, $100 a corner for 17's. they are "OK"... ie. good for street, not the best grip in the world but i'm not a race car driver so i don't push my car to the tyres limits. long lasting which is a bonus.

Falken ZE912 @ $209 a corner would be better value for money mate.. and they come with an 87 rating

EDIT: i see ur after 18s, the above price was for 17s though unfortunately
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
