Yeh I have replaced heaps of clamps and its made a huge difference. Like it power delivery and smaller gap of "no power"

Yeh I have checked all of that and the only smell is coming from the tiny breather pipe to the crossover (broken and fixed with tape...)
And if I do the test the car cuts out.
May just bleed it completely including brakes and go from there.

This is the test I use when I check the clutch:

    Drive at 60kph

Put the car in 5th (or 6th if its your highest gear)

plant the foot to the floor

if the rpm starts to climb rapidly but the car isnt accelerating just as fast, its the clutch.

Why i use this test is if the rpm climb faster than normal but not stupidly fast it usually means the clutch is on its way out but has some meat left. (usually enough to hold out till the new clutch arrives)

Hope that helps Click here to enlarge

yeh it climbs in speed and revs at the same time no problems. Im thinkingit needs a good drain and fresh fluids and replace all worn hoses for the vacuum leak.

    Nice list there ain!
This all for the e85 conversion?

I fitted my Courtenay sport intercooler over the weekend, and it seems a he'll of a lot smoother now through the rev range with a good pedal response.

Looking at the coolant temps they haven't changed much at all, stays around 86 degrees whilst driving around and up to around 92 when sitting at the lights.
