swapped interiors between blue verts.
tidied up roof ecu wiring which was a mess.
just need to paint bumpers and put it on the road.
Bunged the control arm bushes on the E30. Went to change tie rod ends. Swore at it a bit and gave up. Buggers are seized on and no amount of fast break seems to make them want to budge. I'm kinda over trying to make this damn E36 rack fit. I may as well just find a decent E30 PAS rack.
Clutch is officially rooted in the van too. It'll cost $1400 to get another (although the d1cks that refitted it should be paying, seeing as they're the ones who f***ed it up). Bonfire time, I reckon.

Disassembled and started cleaning up the calipers, ready for painting. They'll be painted blue to match the carriers I received.
In terms of the iLoad, the thrust bearing crapped itself and bent all the fingers on the pressure plate at a 90 degree angle in towards the friction plate. "Mechanic" tells me, "it's just something that happened". Like f***, more like someone didn't apply grease to the input shaft when they put the engine back in. Even if the shaft had grease on it, after spending the best part of three months exposed to the weather, I would've cleaned it and applied fresh grease. What I saw (and I should've taken pics whilst I had the chance), looked as if it was really old caked on grease. Not something I would expect from an engine that was only put in about six weeks ago. I'm supposed to be picking it up tomorrow, but I'll take that with a very big grain of salt.
