I havent actually found any information on that. The closest info I have, is the boost gauge in the dash goes to 1.8bar

    edit: found this
    http://www.focusst.org/forum/focus-s...ems-think.html

information overload though. Looks like anywhere between 18-21psi with overboost

Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

I suppose it goes against all logic, but not only is it better for the engine, but you may make more power.

There is quite a bit of anecdotal evidence showing demo cars having more power than babied cars on the dyno, due to demo's getting a flogging when new.

Of course, don't forget to change the oil after the initial break in period.
kinda thinking about doint it on a dyno to run her in, however the article says to do it in the first 35k's then dump the oil, nearest dyno from dealer is around 30k's, so what do you do drive like grandma to the dyno, or get there with the engine half run in and pinging?
