    lol, just sorted the missus rego for her forester, $598 for her greenslip, $270 for rego/roads tax costs, and $50 for pink slip.
    and thats just a normal year's rego with standard plates... bloody nsw...

    Just installed the Mtech short shifter from the group buy. Tools needed was my trusty old socket set, a very large screwdriver, a small puller and 10 minutes of time to follow the instructions to the letter. Took it for a spin and all I can say is WOW !!! That makes a massive difference. Opel should have done that from factory. Well worth the money. Looking at it, you could make one yourself if you have the right tools, which I don't, and it would have to be 101% spot on or otherwise it wouldn't work. Then I'm happy to pay some decent dollars for it as you can see the effort that went in it and it works out of the box.

    +1 the one I have in the vxr has made a huge difference over standard, took me a couple of minutes to get used to the change in throw but after that I wouldnt have the old one back!

    Done some servicing, magnatec oil, filters (oil/fuel/air/pollen), plugs and drive belt.
    Also put in a new thermostat (expensive much?) and seems to have fixed my car running cool all the time, old one appeared seized open as expected.

    Where did you find the thermostat for your car man? Mine hots up just over 90 every now and then
