Hey all

Been doing a bit of work on my Astra lately, forums have been a great help.

I had some sun damage on the roof, so I've sanded and primed that. There's a little bit on the boot to do aswell.
Got started on prepping my trims/mirrors/handles to colour match them.

Removed the bottom single DIN tray in the center console and replaced it with a 3 gauge holder. No gauge's as of yet, I have an oil pressure gauge laying around somewhere. Does anyone know where the oil pressure sensor on a TS Astra is? I haven't looked.

Ordered some goodies, like LED's for the dash, eyelids, new gear/handbrake leathers.

She's coming along nicely at the moment. Mechanically A1 but just needs a bit of TLC on the paint and a good steam clean!

Does anyone know where the oil pressure sensor on a TS Astra is?

Looking from the driver's side, it's on the bottom left hand side, just behind the timing cover. It's black with a single wire connected to it.

My current factory wheels are 17's from the astra select variant (same as the cruze cdx disel series II). 225 50 r17. New ones came from the my13 cruze sriv 1.6 turbo (235 45 r18), which happen to come stock or as an option in some astra j variants in Europe. I'll just swap the center caps. Got them fitted with tyres.
So now have to get rid of the current 17s with tyres set (done just under 1400km).

Replaced the wipers on my SRI-T with euro-style ones. I'm not sure whether I like them yet. They are pretty ugly!
